THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION

REPAIR MONITORING

CONSULTING

Evaluation of the EIFS, Stucco and/or Stone Veneer by means of a visual review, moisture probing and/or invasive testing to determine the identifiable system deficiencies and areas of  moisture intrusion.

Independent 3rd-party inspections are in the best interest of ALL parties involved on both residential and commercial projects.

The purpose is to assure the exterior cladding system is installed in compliance with the manufacturer's recommended details and specifications along with industry standards.

Additionally, it is imperative that all of the components of the structure which interface with the system be properly designed and installed to prevent moisture intrusion and the potential resulting damage.

Ensure repairs are completed in a manner consistent with manufacturers' recommended details and specifications along with industry standards.

Provides "peace of mind" for the client and assists those with fiduciary responsibility by providing written documentation of repairs from an independent third-party.

Eliminate multiple repairs addressing the same issues.

Too often those who are installing the systems incorrectly are the ones chosen to make the repairs.

Litcon Consulting can help you determine the correct path to take whether it is design or system performance of new installations or repairs and remediation of existing systems.
